Over 50 people attended
the 2008 Pack 478 / Lagos Elementary School Bike Rodeo.
Awesome!!
The Bike Rodeo was sponsored by the Phoenix
Police department. HUGE thanks to Officer Toby
Ehrler the City of Phoenix Police Department Bicycle and
Pedestrian Safety Coordinator for building this
year's bicycle course, teaching bicycle safety, supplying
those in need with some quality Bell Helmets and for being
the kind of role model our Scouts and community members
trust and value.
The Bike Rodeo was also sponsored by
Javelina Cycles (www.JavelinaCycles.com)
at 4647 East Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee. Jay
Stewart provided bicycle tune-ups, break-fix
services, safety checks, riding tips and tons of great
literature. Jay is also the President of the Phoenix
Metro Bike Club. A big THANK YOU to Javelina
Cycels and to Jay for their support. If you
